WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH STRESS?
To kick off the day we’re challenging the stressed out story together by checking in, defining our own story, and getting tips for rewriting that story in our own lives. Don’t worry, it’s totally introvert friendly.
MOVEMENT TO MANAGE STRESS WITH EMILY COOK HARRIS
Our bodies can tell us a lot about how we're experiencing stress. They can also help us get through it. In this workshop, Emily Cook Harris will teach two simple exercise flows to turn to when you need to chill based on what your body needs.
MINDFULNESS AND BREATHWORK WITH SARAH CROCE
It starts with the breath. In this workshop, Sarah Croce will help you connect with your breath and create mindful moments to manage your stress. She'll share specific exercises you can try out and take home with you. No fancy memberships required.
A NEW TAKE ON DIGITAL DETOX WITH RAMSAY BROWN
It's well known that technology dependency causes stress, but what's less known is what to do about it. In this workshop, Ramsay Brown of Boundless Mind will share the science behind our digital dependency and share solutions for digital detoxing without ditching your apps.
